South Bound Apps — Data Deletion Request

This page applies to all South Bound Apps games that use Google Play

Games Services for leaderboards and Google Play Billing for in-app

purchases (currently Dirty30 and OhFark, with the same practices in

any future South Bound Apps games of the same type). Contact:

What data our apps have

• Local game data (player names, statistics, sound and theme

preferences, in-app purchase state). Stored only on your device.

Never transmitted to South Bound Apps or any third party.

• Google Play Games Services data (your Player ID and leaderboard

scores). Held by Google, not by South Bound Apps.

• Google Play Billing data (in-app purchase records). Held by Google,

not by South Bound Apps.

We do not run our own servers and do not collect any personal data

beyond what Google’s services handle on our behalf.

How to delete your data

1. Local game data

Inside the app, open Settings → Reset Stats to erase all local

statistics. Uninstalling the app removes all remaining local data

from your device.

2. Play Games Services data (Player ID and leaderboard scores)

Visit https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy and choose

“Apps and services with access.” Find the South Bound Apps game,

revoke access, then choose “Delete activity” to remove your

leaderboard scores.

3. Email request

To have South Bound Apps confirm deletion or assist with any of

the above, email soboapps@gmail.com with the subject “Data

deletion request” and the name of the app. We will reply within

30 days.

What is retained

South Bound Apps retains no personal data on its own servers because

our apps have no backend. Google may retain purchase records as

required by law and tax regulations.
